1490 Fee

Good morning, everyone! 

This is just a reminder that our Retail Division Fee is $1490 (see below for break down).   All files must have following fees included in GFE. 

·         Lender Fee (includes u/w, funding, doc, flood cert, tax srv..etc)  $995

·         Processing Fee $495

TOTAL:  $1490

Processors, please make sure to double check MLO’s GFE for accuracy.  Please note that this fee cannot be under-disclosed since it is a fee that CANNOT CHANGE per RESPA guideline.
